Printed Badges differ from the classic enamel badge, where raised metal lines are required to separate each colour. For reproducing photographs and illustrations, colours need to be combined, blended or graduated and this is when the printed metal process comes to the fore. Printed Badges enable the reproduction of blends and graduations of even the most complex designs to be achieved with great accuracy and subtlety.

Colours can be reproduced using the standard, four colour (CMYK) process. However when the accurate matching of any specific corporate colours is required, we can produce printed badges using the internationally recognised Pantone Colour Matching System (PMS).

Aluminium is most popular for manufacturing high quantity runs of Printed Badges, however stainless steel does provide a great economical alternative. When a combination of printing and a high quality metal finish is required, brass or nickel plating will produce superb results.
