These badges are knows as Soft Enamel Badges, Cold Enamel Badges and Mid Range Enamel Badges
Soft enamel badges deliver an economical solution when a high perceived value is required at a mid-range cost.
Also known as Cold Enamel, these badges are ideal for recognition and service awards on a budget. Lower run sales promotion badges can also be manufactured to a high quality at economic price points using the soft enamel process.
The badges are die stamped with a cold enamel filling, then all metal areas are hand polished to give a luxurious feel and that all-important high perceived value.
Cold Enamel Badges are stamped in either long-lasting copper or brass and can be plated in nickel (silver), gilt (gold), black nickel and various other finishes including antique.
Note:- As these badges are manufactured using specific colour enamel infills (PantoneTM matched if required) this type of badge is not suitable for CMYK/4 colour process logos.
